Hi all.  I mentioned this last week but wanted to everyone know that the Hope class will temporarily relocate during Lent.  The church needs a place to have a special Lent series for the 5th graders so I volunteered our room.  This will effect us the Sundays in March and first one in April.  We will relocate to the Community Resource Center across the street (the old Hospital).  I will be seeing exactly which room this Sunday and I will post on here as well as put a sign on the door.  For those of us with childcare, let the childcare workers know where we will be and bring a cell phone for communication--just in case.  Hope this does not inconvenience anyone too terribly.  Soon, the church will have enough education room for us all but for now, a brief shuffle. 

On a lesson note: we will be in our regular classroom this Sunday to finish viewing "Fireproof" so we will start our study of the movie the first weekend in March.  David and I watched the movie Sunday night and really liked the flick.  Cannot wait to see what the study materials are like.  Hope everyone has a great week.

Hi all.  This weekend is the Sue Mood Heart to Heart Bake sale and we are looking for donations of baked goods.  If any of you are willing to donate, please bring baked goods to the MMC on Sat, Feb 7 between 3pm-5pm or get them to me this week (if they will freeze).  We are especially looking for cookies that are appealing to the kids, muffins & breakfast items, pies & cakes.  Thanks so much.
